Visa to Vietnam

If you are a foreign participant, a visa might be necessary for entrance to Vietnam, except for some exemptions. List of exemption of entry visa to Vietnam (with details information and restriction) could be found here. 

You should obtain a visa prior to your travel no later than four weeks. For a tourist visa, you can apply:

- at the Vietnamese Embassy/ Consulates in your country (for details, please visit an official website of the Embassy).

- online at the Vietnam Immigration Department (only for some countries eligible for electronic visa). Click here for more details. Once an E-visa is issued, the visa applicant will be able to print the E-visa to enter/exit VN.

If you need a personal letter of invitation to enclose with your application, please tick YES in the field "Visa invitation needed" of the Registration form. The invitation letter is provided only after you have completed registration for the conference and paid the conference registration fee. The letter will be provided by email. 

Please note that the Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the conference.
